Locked out of Quicksight after federated role change

Hi there, I have been setting up Quicksight for a customer using my user/role, federated through AWS Identity Center (direct login there). So my admin role there on quicksight was using this principal. Meanwhile we have configured Quicksight to federate with the customer's own AD, so all their users jump in through the Azure AD login. So we have sort of a hybrid user landscape on QS now. Me and my colleague have the federation through Identity Center, the customer has federation through AzureAD.

Now, there was a big cleanup in roles and permissions on the customers AWS account structure and I jump into a different role now when logging in, so essentially I have locked myself out of QS. Is there any good way to connect my former user on QS with my new federated role?
