Already build VPCs, Subnets, and SGs to convert into a CF Template

Question

We have build two VPCs completely from scratch with all the nesseasry subsets, internet gateways, route tables,  SGs , NACLs etc..and all is working well when we use them - all these were build and configured  manually, now that we have it build is there a way that we can retrieve all these configurations 
from AWS CLI to see if we can build a CF template  from an already configured infrastructure , are there any tools we could use ?

Hi.

Unfortunately, it is not provided as an AWS native function.

However, there are third-party tools that parse the pre-configured infrastructure and help with templating.
