Dedicated Mac1.metal is in pending state after instance terminated

I've seen cases that as low as 12 minutes to recover from "Pending", but around 50 minutes is the more common case. One thing to note, is that after the host becomes "Available" - trying to launch immediately will also fail (or create another host, if you use resource groups). I found that waiting another minute after the host is "Available" will most often work.
