Can I enable my SFTP Server during certain hours and disable it when not needed?

Would I be able to schedule our Amazon SFTP Server to be enabled only at certain times and have it automatically disabled at other times. Example: if I always get files transferred between 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM (EST) then I do need need to have the SFTP Server active all times. There is also a cost associated with having it on 24/7. Thank you
