Cannot delete managed database

Hi, I created a managed database but it kept disconnecting when trying to import data - now I cannot delete it. The delete button is simply inactive. According to the official doc:https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/docs/en/articles/amazon-lightsail-deleting-your-database it seems I should be able to delete.
