We have posted a limit increase support case raised on Thu Nov 02 2023 11:45:47 GMT+0530 and it is still unassigned. I understand we have a Basic support plan however this is a simple limit increase request and at least we were expecting the case to be assigned to someone but we haven't received any response yet from the support team nor has it been assigned to anyone.
Can someone please work on this case as soon as possible as we are experiencing an issue with current SES setup and cannot progress with it unresolved? The case number is XXXXXXXXXXX.
I have sent 4 follow up messages for someone to look into this but no response. See attached image.
