Amazon Connect Outbound campaign - The status sticks to Created

I have created an Outbound Campaign but its status remains at "Created". Why? I try to do this procedure, but I can't. I'm guessing it has to do with the fact that this status seems to be stuck. https://aws.amazon.com/fr/blogs/contact-center/make-predictive-and-progressive-calls-using-amazon-connect-high-volume-outbound-communications/

  • Hey Luc, When you run the Pinpoint Journey by pointing to the Campaign, then it will update the status to "Running".

Hi Luc, when your pinpoint journey sends the call to Connect outbound campaigns the campaign will change to Running.
