Access to requested resource is denied.

I'm trying to make a request here: https://selling-partner-api.amazon.com/products/pricing/v0/price. I have a developer account on AWS and want to make an app for another account on Amazon seller central.

I obtained the authorization. I managed to obtain the access token, AccessKey, SecretKey but I cannot make a request to another service

Where could the problem be?
