Created Alias emails ids and folder rules, but when some sent email to alias email address coming to Inbox

Hello,
I have Created Alias emails ids under main user and created folder in webmail and applied rules to folders to separate alias emails in webmail , but when some sent email to alias email address coming to Inbox, not coming to respective folders according alias email address. always to email id in box is showing main user email id, it should be alias email id.

Please let me know how to fix this issue.

HI,

WorkMail rewrites the email address to the primary email address on mail delivery. To create mailbox rules for mail aliases you can use the condition "Includes these words in the message headers" and add the full alias.
