Polly TTS for Windows needs updating!

The Polly TTS for Windows (GitHub: https://github.com/awslabs/amazon-polly-tts-for-windows) hasn't been updated for two years, and as a result is a little broken. It needs all the newer voices added, like Olivia and Lupe. If you scan the file PollyManager.h you can quickly tell it's missing voices. I'm not sure if this is the only place the code needs to be modified. And I don't know enough to compile the code on my own after correcting that one file.
