Re-set password sever error

Couple of our partners are facing issue re-entering workdocs and when they tried to reset password they see 'sever error' message over and over. Can somebody help please?

  • I am facing the same issue. Please share the approach your clients used to re-set the password.

  • Same issue here. One of my customer is getting server error message when they try to reset the password. I'm the Admin for the WorkDocs folder and have already added other customer with same domain name without any issues. Thanks in advance for the help!
