Have you created an index in open search with that name? I assume you are querying open search in order to retrieve stored documents on the vector database.

I tried click 'index' in the open search, but it shows "fail to fetch", and without any other error information.
You can try creating a new cluster or creating another index. I recently used python library to create the index programmatically https://aws.plainenglish.io/bedrock-unveiled-indexing-own-data-to-opensearch-serverless-via-a-lambda-3dcdb8a1a4fb
