I have account on AWS but rightnow i am not using any services than also it withdrawal some money, can anybody tell me why it happen, any reason?

Have you looked at your bill in the Billing Console to identify where the charge is incurred? https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/getting-viewing-bill.html
