how to detect if call is ended in queue in AWS connect flow. how to detect if customer is ended the call and perform another operation.

You'll have to look through your CTRs and look for records that AgentConnectionAttempts < 1 and Agent is not set. This will get you a lot more information https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/contact-center/recovering-abandoned-calls-with-amazon-connect/
