LambdaのAPI更新時にエラーが発生

以下のエラーが発生したのですが、どのように対応すれば良いですか？
Error: Failed to create changeset for the stack: store-support-api-v2, An error occurred (ValidationError) when calling the CreateChangeSet operation: update-stack and create-change-set cannot be performed on stack with UPDATE_ROLLBACK_FAILED resource during disable-rollback. Please try continue-update-rollback API to fix resources first or rollback the stack with Rollback-Stack API.

Hello.

First, perform a rollback using the steps described in the document below.  
As the error message indicates, the status may be such that the CloudFormation change set cannot be created.
