Unable to troubleshoot github connector with amazon kendra as no logs are printed

Usecase: Created kendra index with github connector.

Values:
host: https://api.github.com
Organization: open-universities-australia

gh_token: supplied from secrets manager
Secret name: AmazonKendra-GitHub-index
Key name: githubToken
IAM Role: create new option
Repo: All
Scan files: All

Problem:
Index fails and no logs are displayed in log group
