Is it possible for Jobs in the same EMR Serverless Application to share workers?

I understand there are application limits for EMR serverless. But when there are multiple jobs running at the same time on the same application, is it possible for them to share workers' available capacity? OR if one job is assigned a work they are assigned the entire worker capacity?
