CodeCatalyst mv: inter-device move failed

The mv command in the TEST phase is failing with the following error:
mv: **inter-device move failed**: '/codecatalyst/output/src3821/src/s3/02/root/.local' to '/root/.local'; unable to remove target: Directory not empty

The STEP:

The Artifacts in the INIT phase is configured as:

      Artifacts:

            - /root/.local/**/*`

The TEST phase is configured as:
`Inputs:
      Sources:
        - WorkflowSource
      Artifacts:
        - pythonLibs`
