Our company does not have AWS paid support. I do believe it could be of AWS interest but I failed to find a channel to reach them. Would you know how?

You can access the support console at https://support.console.aws.amazon.com/support/home?#/. I do now know if you can reach the appropriate team given your current support plan, but it is a starting point.
