Can I have efs integration on Oracle RDS version 21?

As specified in the aws document below EFS is supported for database version 19.0.0.0.ru-2022-07.rur-2022-07.r1 or later but it is true for 19c version only as of now.

As of now EFS is not supported for RDS Oracle 21c instances..
