My SSD drive was not changed after upgrading from $8 plan to $20 plan

Hi,
I'm a beginner user.
Initially started with $8/month plan Win2019 server;
Then, took a snapshot and upgraded it to $20/month plan:
Win2019 with 2GB RAM and 60GB SSD.

All is fine, except when I RDS to the server I can see that after upgrade it still has 30GB SSD which was the original setting of $8/month plan.
Because of that I'm running out of space...

How can fix that?
