You don’t have access to the change data capture streams feature because the Amazon Redshift data warehouse doesn't exist, or you don't have the required permissions.

I was trying out aurora MySQL 8.0 compatible zero ETL integration preview with redshift. I was getting "you don't have access to change data stream feature" redshift cluster was in the same region as aurora MySQL. I set all the necessary parameter group. can you please help me what went wrong.
