WorkDocs browser download error

For the last day, nobody at my company can bulk download files from WorkDocs browser client - we get an "Error occurred. Please try again" message.

To reproduce:

  1. Select some files / folders in the browser client
  2. Click Actions -> Download
  3. A "starting to download" blue banner popups up at the top of the screen
  4. Within a few seconds, a black "Error occurred. Please try again" banner replaces the blue banner
  5. No files are successfully downloaded

Note that the desktop client works fine. We're trying to solve this issue mostly for our Linux users, who do not have a desktop client.

We have tried across Windows, Mac, and Linux on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. None of them work.

Anyone seen this issue before?
