Is anyone else having trouble sending emails with AWS SES, today?

All day, I've been having emails failing to send, with errors like:

We are completely uploaded and fine* Connection state changed (MAX_CONCURRENT_STREAMS == 128)!* HTTP/2 stream 0 was not closed cleanly: PROTOCOL_ERROR (err 1)* stopped the pause stream!* Connection #0 to host email.us-west-2.amazonaws.com left intact

Error in the HTTP2 framing layer for "https://email.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/v2/email/outbound-emails".

HTTP/2 stream 0 was not closed cleanly: PROTOCOL_ERROR (err 1) for "https://email.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/v2/email/outbound-emails".

I can't find posts by anyone else having issues, so I'm wondering if this is just me...

Some emails do send, but most are failing, all day today.

I've already looked into clearing DNS cache (in case that was it), upgrading the packages (I'm using Symfony Mailer SES Transport), and AWS CLI is up to date (although I'm not sure Symfony Mailer uses AWS CLI).

Any ideas?
