fips-us-east-2.quicksight.aws.amazon.com refused to connect.

Hi All,

I use Quicksight Embed for my customers. Everything has been working perfectly, but all customers are down as of this morning and receiving this error message "fips-us-east-2.quicksight.aws.amazon.com refused to connect."

Is there a way for me to test to see if the issue with with the API?
