Amazon colleague sign in failure to minion.awsapps site

Below three links can access by some of Amazonions, and some not. I checked with the IT helpdesk, seems this is the site base link and need Admins to grant the access to the team. But IT helpdesk has limited access to this, so they directed me to this SIM link https://minion.awsapps.com
