Phone verification error

I'm stuck at phone verification stage I keep reiving an error message; "Sorry, there was an error processing your request. Please try again and if the error persists, contact AWS Customer Support" I contacted the support center, created a case (case ID:***************) over a week now, there hasn't been any response. Please help

Phone verification errors in AWS most commonly arise when the submitted phone number, country code, or carrier settings prevent AWS’s automated verification call or SMS from being delivered. According to AWS’s official guidance, the recommended steps are to verify that the phone number and country code are entered correctly, ensure that international calling and SMS services are enabled with your carrier, and attempt the verification process again. If the issue persists after these checks, AWS requires escalation through their support channels to resolve the problem.

  • I followed all the steps and made sure the problem wasn't from my end but nothing changed. Kindly help me escalate it.
