Moving a Hosted DX private VIF to a Transit VIF.

Hi, we have a Hosted DX connection using private VIF's which terminate on the VPC, no gateway. We are looking at changing the pVIF's to TVIF's. Assuming that nothing will change on the providers side, BGP ASN, IP address etc all stay the same, is it just a case of deleting the current pVIF and creating a new tVIF using the same configuration info? We will be creating a DXGW and TGW in the process.
