Stuck 'Under Change' Status in Service Catalog Due to Missing SQS Queue for Terraform Open-Source Engine

0

Hello re:Post Community,

I provisioned a product in the Service Catalog, but it failed due to a missing SQS queue for the Terraform open-source engine in my AWS account. When attempting to delete it, I encountered the same issue. I've since set up the Terraform open-source engine in my account. However, when I tried to delete the provisioned product again, it's stuck at "Under change" status and hasn't progressed.

EDIT: Providing more context

I provisioned a Service Catalog product of type 'terraform open source' before setting up the Terraform OS engine in AWS. This led to a provisioning failure due to the absence of the SQS ServiceCatalogTerraformOSProvisionOperationQueue Queue. I attempted to terminate the product, but this also failed because the SQS ServiceCatalogTerraformOSTerminateOperationQueue Queue was missing. After manually setting up the Terraform OS engine, the product remains stuck in the "Updating" status. I tried triggering the TerminateProvisionedProductStateMachine step function, which successfully terminated the product until the "Notify terminate success result" step. Here, I encountered an error stating "An error occurred (InvalidParametersException) when calling the NotifyTerminateProvisionedProductEngineWorkflowResult operation: The provided workflow token is invalid." I understand the significance of the WorkflowToken but can't locate it in CloudTrail or CloudWatch logs. How can I obtain the correct WorkflowToken?

Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue?
