DeepLens unable to register through PC or direct through device

I have purchased a HW v1.1 DeepLens and I am unable to register the device either through the PC or directly through the device using micro HDMI / Monitor / HBU breakout port with wired keyboard and wired mouse. For PC, no LAN, No VPN and no blocking from Firewall, but no recognition or registry. For connect direct to device, three screens scroll within 1 second at start-up and then the device goes dormant, monitor goes into hibernate because of no output signal from the device. I am preparing to return three DeepLens devices and give up on this initiative. Any support is appreciated.

  • I have the exact same problem. I am very disappointed in the complete lack of support or documentation from AWS about this
