  • Are you running the latest Amazon WorkSpaces client? You can download the latest client from https://clients.amazonworkspaces.com
  • Doe this issue impact one user or multiple?
  • Does this issue happen on a custom Windows Image/Bundle you created? Does it happen on a standard image/bundle?
  • Can you check if Sticky Key is enabled on the OS?
