Hi There

Some services emit these metrics as a standard metric, ex. CPU Utilization. But you can create your own by using metric math. See https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/mt/create-a-metric-math-alarm-using-amazon-cloudwatch/ and

Hi Matt-B, I did add the metric math for the gauge ok. Was curious if we could format the actual value to include a '%' symbol.
