How to create email alerts for Inbound connections from known malicious IP addresses

Hello everyone :) I would appreciate some help in understanding how to create email alerts to inform about incoming connections from known malicious IP addresses, and a way I can test the solution provided.

This may help. Create alerts from cloud watch metrics or logs with insights as WAF can log to a cloud watch log group
