A user is unable to send or receive emails on their account.

Other users are able to send and receive from their accounts.

Reset the user's password.

I tried "Disabling" and "Enabling" the user with no success.

Nothing in AWS Health Console.

Where do I look now?

Hi,

The error means that your account is limited, this can have various causes. There should be a notification in your PERSONAL health dashboard with instructions what to do to unblock your account.
