Killed the wrong process. Now I can't boot my environment.

Hello,

When trying to run "rails test", I was getting an error, "Listen error: unable to monitor directories for changes." The top answer on StackOverflow directed me to fix this error by killing some of my processes. So I tried killing some processes under the Tools menu. Apparently, I killed the wrong ones. Now, when trying to load my environment, the program spins indefinitely and gives the message, "This is taking longer than expected. It might be caused by VPC configuration issues."

How can I get back to working on my app?

Hello!

You can try to reboot corresponding EC2 instance (it has environment name in it) in AWS EC2 console.
It might help to resolve your issue.
