URGENT HELP, Name correction for AWS exam

Hi,

My name needs to be corrected as per the government issued ID. I raised a ticket in https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training on 1st of July and there is no update yet. My exam is scheduled on 6th July. Could you please resolve this.
