Is OIT compatible with AMD Ryzen

Hi,

the OIT documentation says the hardware requirement for OIT is intel processors among other things, however since this documentation is likely not being updated, I was wondering if AMD Ryzen processors work?

Mainly asking because I need to upgrade my workstation soon and Ryzen has better multi-threaded performance (will help with build times), but if not all features work with Ryzen then Intel would be the obvious pick to work with Lumberyard.
