The image ID 'ami-xxxx' is no longer available

After the incident occurred today in US-EAST-1 related to CreateImage API I believe I'm facing a kind of bug during AMI deregistering. The console shows me that the AMI Status is available and green but Last launch time tells me that the image ID 'ami-xxxxx' is no longer available. It is the same message returned when I tried to deregister the AMI. Also I've tried deregister with CLI and unfortunately it's not worked.

Anyone is facing this same issue ?
