Why isn't my credit applying to my aws support bill ( Developer ) ?

I have the active credit ( 100 $) from my account in navigation panel and it shows some services that it applies to , include AWS Support ( Developer ) . However, when I change support plan ( from Basic to Developer ) , AWS automatically use my debit card . Why don't it charge from Credit ?

This document describes the general reasons why credits are not applied.

If this is not the case, you will need to check with AWS Support by creating a case with "Account and billing".
