Dear customer, Thank you so much for your question. Some of our customers had success with using our FPGA Developer AMI(AL2) with Docker. Are you using AL2? Also is there a specific ECR image that you are interested in/using?
Thanks Kishore

Pretty sure you need to use a device plug-in to use an FPGA adapter with Kubernetes. Looks like Intel has one, https://intel.github.io/intel-device-plugins-for-kubernetes/cmd/fpga_plugin/README.html as does Xilinx, https://www.xilinx.com/developer/articles/using-alveo-in-a-kubernetes-environment.html and InAccel, https://docs.inaccel.com/setup/kubernetes/. Unfortunately, I don't have first hand experience with them so I can't tell you that they will work with EKS.
