Support Case still "Unassigned"

Hello,

I submitted support case id xxxxxxxxxx. It's status is still listed as "unassigned" after 24 hours. Please let me know how to proceed to have this case resolved.

Hello, Support cases have a target time to engage, but it can take longer potentially. You can attempt to leverage the chat feature if you have the option to do so, but otherwise you will have to wait for the case to be assigned to an agent.
