No Workspace Invite Emails are being received when creating a new workspace in our account.

I've created a new workspaces and added a valid Email for the user (myself). However, no invite has been received. I've checked junk/spam systems for the email account, nothing received. Is there a way to diagnose the failed invite sending?

To diagnose the failed invite sending, you can try to open the Workspaces console and select the newly created Workspace. After this, Click on 'Actions' -> 'Invite users.'. On the 'Invite users to the WorkSpace' page, verify that the email ID being used is valid and choose 'Send invite'.

You can then verify if the invite has indeed been sent.
