AWS Support not responding to my ticket: ***********

If anyone from AWS support reads these forums, I opened a ticket on 25-10-2023 and have gotten no response to it yet. If someone can take it, I would greatly appreciate it.

  • If there is no response from them put a tweet mentioning aws support. Mostly they will respond.

What did you do to get a response? I've waited over 24 hours now for a system down issue to even be looked at. Definitely not worth 3% of my spend :(
