Unable to validate GoDaddy SSL certificate

Question

My SSL certificate is expiring on site staging.example.com and to be able to download and upload new certificate from GoDaddy I got email to verify domain ownership with TXT record. Im adding the record to Route 53, but GoDaddy is not able to validate it. It's not a matter of time as the TXT validation record is there in Route 53 for around 20 days already.
When using DNS Checker I can see TXT records under domain I try to validate.

When I was updating different SSL example.com everything was fine, GoDaddy was able to validate added TXT record within minutes.

It seems you are experiencing issues with GoDaddy not validating the TXT record in Route 53 for your SSL certificate renewal on staging.example.com. Given that DNS Checker shows the TXT record correctly, and you had success previously with another SSL validation, the problem might be due to caching issues or propagation delays specific to GoDaddy. Try contacting GoDaddy support to ensure they are querying the correct DNS servers, or consider re-adding the TXT record to force an update.
