Snowball data not uploaded to S3 after 8 DAYS of returning snowball to AWS

Hi, I ordered a snowball for data import to Amazon S3 with Job Id: JIDb18ffedb-0028-450f-bf80-dcbd33931d9b.

The data transfer to snowball device was completed and the snowball was sent back to AWS return address. The courier service confirmed the arrival of snowball at the AWS office on the 13th May.

I am writing this thread on 21st May (8 DAYS after returning snowball). There is no sign of data upload to S3. The snowball job status is still "In transit to you".

Please help.
