Hi,
Based on the notes the instance in question was failing status checks error stating "Instance reachability check failed". The issue could be caused by several reasons, failure to boot the operating system[1],Failure to mount the volumes correctly[2],Exhausted CPU and memory[3],Kernel panic[4]. However I could be wrong and there could be more causes to the issue.
