Problem with due past payments

Hi there, On February 7, 2023 I made a transfer for AWS Service Charges (for January) and also for Linked Account Allocation (debt for November 2022). As a result, our debt for November 2022 is shown as ”payment past due” but it was paid. Could you help me to handle this?

You should submit an Account and billing case with AWS Support.
