Links to the documentation is appearing across all clicks on Inspector pane

Hi Team,
From today morning onwards, we have the following strange behavior which is interrupting my work on Sumerian. On the right-side pane (Inspector) all mouse clicks are leading to respective documentation pages which is a show stopper. Mouse clicks are happening only on expanded component. Could you please look into this issue.
