Install RabbitMQ Web MQTT Plugin

I want to be able to install RabbitMQ Web MQTT Plugin in my Amazon MQ created rabbitMQ instance, could you please guide me as to how this can be done? The plugin details can be found at - https://www.rabbitmq.com/web-mqtt.html
