Hello Matteo,
You registered your Domain in "AWS Route 53 Domains". Now it depends on what you want to do.
If you want to use Hostinger DNS for record-management of your domain, you have to change the nameserver-records from your purchased domain in "aws route 53 domains" to the nameservers of hostinger, see: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/how-to-point-domain-to-hostinger.
The other option is to create a hosted zone of your purchased domain in "AWS Route 53 Hosted Zones", and then create an "a-record" or "cname-record" pointing to the public IP or fqdn of your server hosted in Hostinger.
